Multiple Traffic Violations Dismissed for Woman in Flint

Mar 15, 2017, by Martin Drias in Case Results, Traffic

Like many people in the area, a woman from Flint, Michigan recently fell on hard times and allowed her insurance and registration lapse. However, to improve her financial situation, she still needed to drive, but when she was eventually pulled over she wound up in more legal trouble and ticketed for three separate offenses. With no prior driving infractions, the woman justifiably wanted to preserve her record and contacted the highly-skilled Michigan traffic lawyer Martin Drias from Drias Law Group.

Attorney Davis consulted with his client and after recovering from her financial setbacks, she purchased insurance and reinstated her license. Usually, in these situations, the court will agree to a plea bargain that will allow of some of the charges to be dismissed, but since protecting her driving record was so important to his client, attorney Davis strived for a better result. Attorney Davis accomplished this by presenting his client’s previously clean driving record and her recent progress to the court and effectively argued to have all three tickets dismissed.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
