Driver’s License Restored for Michigan Man with Associate Degree

Nov 16, 2018, by Martin Drias in Case Results, Criminal Defense, OWI

Not long ago, a Michigan man with an associate degree was looking to increase his work hours from part-time to full-time. To do so, he would need reliable transportation, which he did not have due to not having a driver’s license. The lack of said license was caused by two OWI (operating a vehicle while intoxicated) charges from the early 2000s. The man had already attempted to get his license back on his own, but he encountered issues with the Michigan Department of State. As such, he turned to Drias Law Group for help.

Attorney Martin Drias immediately got to work on the case. Through swift action and aggressive negotiation, attorney Davis was able to get his client’s driver’s license restored on the first attempt.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
